Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC Holds Grand Opening

Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC Names New Agents

Mt. Pocono, Pa., — (April 7, 2009) – Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC., in Mt. Pocono, Pa., has named two REALTORS to its team of real estate experts. They are Melanie J. Zotynia, of Kunkletown, Pa., and Shirley Epstein of Stroudsburg, Pa.

Zotynia, of Kunkletown, Pa., is a REALTOR® who earned her license in May, 2008 and has been working with foreclosure specialist and certified broker appraiser, Connie Foland. Melanie is a licensed assistant and supports the efforts of the foreclosure specialty area at Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC. Prior to joining Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC.,  Melanie was with two area franchise groups and served in an administrative capacity.

Epstein is a 20 year veteran in real estate in the Pocono region.  Licensed in 1984, Epstein began her career with in Stroudsburg and was trained in both brokerage and appraisal.  She worked as an agent, then after obtaining her broker’s license in 1987, she managed three offices. In 1989, she purchased Dreher Realty and an ERA Franchise and operated her business out of a location on West Main Street in Stroudsburg.

Epstein holds the GRI designation, the mark of a real estate professional who, according to the National Association of REALTORS, has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. In addition, Epstein is a certified broker/appraiser holding certification under the authority of Appraisal Foundation and must adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Service. She is authorized to perform appraisals of all types of real estate property in non-federally related transactions which  allows her the opportunity of staying abreast of current market values.

Both are members of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Earlier in her real estate career, Epstein was a director at PMAR as well as treasurer during her membership and in 1992, she served as president of the Board.

They join this new and innovative style of real estate agency with an office in Mt. Pocono that serves the entire Pocono region and is owned by former area broker, past president of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® and past director of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, Vickie Brockelman.
