Mt. Pocono, Pa., — (April 7, 2009) – Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC., in Mt. Pocono, Pa., has named two REALTORS to its team of real estate experts. They are Melanie J. Zotynia, of Kunkletown, Pa., and Shirley Epstein of Stroudsburg, Pa.

Zotynia, of Kunkletown, Pa., is a REALTOR® who earned her license in May, 2008 and has been working with foreclosure specialist and certified broker appraiser, Connie Foland. Melanie is a licensed assistant and supports the efforts of the foreclosure specialty area at Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC. Epstein is a 20 year veteran in real estate in the Pocono region.  Licensed in 1984, Epstein began her career with in Stroudsburg and was trained in both brokerage and appraisal.  She worked as an agent, then after obtaining her broker’s license in 1987, she managed three offices. In 1989, she purchased Dreher Realty and an ERA Franchise and operated her business out of a location on West Main Street in Stroudsburg.
