Certified Broker Appraisers

We have four individuals on the Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way team who are certified broker appraisers. These individuals hold certification under the authority of the Appraisal Foundation and must adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Service. They are authorized to perform appraisals of all types of real estate property in non-federally related transactions.

What does this mean to our customers? It means we can help you learn what a property is worth. If you want an unbiased opinion of what the value of a real estate property is, we can help.
