We offer many flexible options, services and commission programs from which you can choose allowing you to prepare for the sale of your home in the way that suits your needs best. And, because we follow The Platinum Rule, our goal is to focus this relationship on the full understanding of your needs and then put together a custom solution that will get your home SOLD.
Our Basic Program is a comprehensive program of real estate offerings. A sample of the services built into our Basic Program include a competitive market analysis, preparing listing documents and entering listing into the MLS system. We will prepare window and yard signs as well as a property flyer for you to print for showings, as well as complete a number of other services for you in our Basic Program.
