Craig Hackman

Pennsylvania native Craig Hackman moved to the Pocono Mountains to work in the hospitality industry following graduation from Mansfield University in 1988 and armed with a degree in communications and foreign language (French). For 15 years, Hackman served as maitre d’ at the world-renown Mount Airy Lodge in Mount Pocono, Pa., in charge of all food operation services. Because of his winning personality, Hackman often served as a master of ceremonies and warm up entertainment for the resort.

Following 10 years of similar service at the Skytop Lodge in Skytop, Pa., Hackman returned to Mount Airy Lodge as director of sales.

In 2002, during a well-deserved break and work hiatus, Hackman earned his real estate license and began working for Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate, then one of the largest real estate firms in the Pocono region. After being named Rookie of the Year after only six months in the business, he was hooked.

Since then, he has earned many awards in real estate including awards for top listing and selling agent, multi-million dollar, president’s circle and premier office awards recognizing sales volume. He is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS. Hackman brings his customer service orientation, which he fine-tuned during his many years in hospitality, to real estate. He is customer focused and applies the Platinum Rule to his personal and professional relationships, which is the mission of Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC, and why he is such a good fit for the organization.
