Bobbie Smith, CRS

Bobbie Smith is a Pennsylvania native and has been a resident of the Pocono Mountains region for more than 30 years. She has lived and worked and played in this area, raising a family, participating in many community activities and most recently – within the last 6 years -  becoming a REALTOR. Prior to joining Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC, Bobbie was an agent with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate’s Mt. Pocono office. She is a highly sought after seller’s agent and has developed a reputation for her warmth and calm demeanor, which customers appreciate particularly during complex real estate transactions. In fact, Bobbie’s approach and personal style is a perfect complement to the philosophy at Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC., where the Platinum Rule of treating customers the way they wish to be treated is the cornerstone of each and every transaction.

Residents of the region also know Bobbie as “The Scarf Lady,” a term recognizing her hard work every holiday season since 2006 in crocheting and collecting 500 scarves for distribution to non-profit community support agencies in Monroe County. Developing into a regular holiday tradition in the area, this project is an outgrowth of Bobbie’s ongoing community involvement in the region.

Bobbie holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This highly prestigious designation from the National Association of REALTORS is earned by the best residential real estate seller agents in the country, those who have proven they have the experience, training and commitment to be among the best in the profession.

Bobbie is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
