Joan Milnamow

Joan Milnamow has been a REALTOR for 2 decades, spending all of that time with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate in the Poconos until recently. Joan’s focus is as a Luxury Real Estate Specialist. She understands national and regional housing trends and specializes in the special needs of the luxury buyer and seller.

Joan has earned many real estate awards including membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Producer club for reaching two million or more in dollars in listings sold and buyer controlled volume. She also earned membership into the Diamond and Sterling Clubs for her exceptional work. Joan’s service-focused personality is perfectly suited for Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way’s mission of serving the customer through the Platinum Rule, of treating clients the way they want to be treated and customizing solutions for them their way.

Joan is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to establishing a successful career in real estate, Joan worked in marketing research and also in the airline industry. She is a Philadelphia native. She raised her four children on Long Island and has lived in the Poconos for 25 years. She loves to cook, read and travel and often visits her four grandchildren who are scattered throughout the country.
