Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC makes headlines in the “Taste of Pocono Business Journal”…read on to see what the Pocono Business Journal has to say:

Vickie Brockelman, who in February formed the Mt. Pocono-based Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way LLC, believes that the key to the new market lies in treating both buyers and sellers with the Platinum Rule: “I will treat you as YOU want to be treated.” Utilizing the MLS Entry-Only program, Brockelman says she offers a degree of customization that has not been seen in Monroe County. “You can do it a la carte, with a virtual tour that has audio, and video, or only signs, flyers, and print media. It works in today’s market because we have sellers with no experience and those who are tech savvy.” The firm has eleven Realtors and 27 listings, with four under contract, which she notes is ahead of her goal for 50 listings and ten agents by the end of April. “I’m so proud of the team we have here.” Commonwealth’s Web site has township maps including information on school districts and other points of interest, tax tables, and other data. Additionally, her goal is to create the almost-totally paperless office. Her agents travel with remote-access laptops “so when they leave the office, the office follows them.” Rather than client folders in file cabinets, everything is done on computers and password-protected accordingly. Brockelman is the former owner of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate and former president of the Pocono Mountains Assoc. of Realtors.
